Ben Hacker
FOUNDER
Ben grew up in Faribault, Minnesota and graduated from Bethlehem Academy. He attended Metropolitan State University and graduated with a Business Administration Degree.
Ben’s love for investing in properties inspired him to launch Hacker Properties in 2007. One of his favorite things is to see the potential in properties that others may view as unsalvageable. Pairing Ben’s fierce knowledge and passion for turning properties into functional, family homes, with Lacie’s love of people and real estate, we are excited to offer our clients a one-of-a-kind real estate experience.

Lacie Nelson
DESIGNER & IN-HOUSE REALTOR
Lacie Nelson grew up in Eveleth, Minnesota and loved growing up with three sisters. After college, she moved to Edina and worked in the insurance realm for 13 years. Soon after meeting Ben, she became interested in his property investment business and relocated to Faribault. As she learned more about the business, she was inspired to become a real estate agent in 2018.
Joining the Hacker Properties team was an easy decision for Lacie. Her love for real estate was the perfect fit with Ben’s knack for renovating properties. Lacie is the main in-house realtor at Hacker Properties and she also has a team available for additional real estate assistance.
